TERM & CONDITIONS FOR CFI HOTEL PACKAGES 2024 (Please accept by checking the boxes) *

1. All tickets bought on promotional prices are TRANSFERABLE witin 2024 calendar year but are NOT REFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred to 2025.
2. In the case of Cancelation of paid Early Bird Registration and paid Late registration fees after the 31st October 2024 a penalty fee 50% of registration fee will be applicable
3. All hotel packages must be paid within 10 months or earlier. Failure to pay for three consecutive months will result in immediate cancelation of the room and a 50% penalty fee of the amount paid will be applicable.
4. 50% Cancelation fee is applicable across all hotel packages irrespective of the amount paid by date of cancelation.
